Post Script on Bikila Trail Running

Okay, so you know how I was super excited about my new Bikilas (http://shaynahiga.blogspot.com/2010/06/bikila-trail-running.html)?  Well, I went out for a second day in a row for trail running, and now my calf hurts.  I take full responsibility.  Everyone says you have to take it slow.  I'm hoping it's nothing major; I stopped before it got too bad.  Just want to give you a heads up in case you try this -- it feels so good that you just want to keep running, but STOP!

At least it feels like only muscle pain.  I rolled it out with one of those firm rolling sticks then stuck some ice, muscle rub, and compression socks on.  **sigh** When will I ever learn my lesson???
